Supervision und Coaching


In our day-to-day work in security services, particularly in healthcare institutions, we are constantly faced with challenges that are not only physically but also mentally demanding and challenging. Through our collaboration with Ms Deborah Lanz, we offer our employees regular, individually tailored and free access to a specialist who accompanies and supports our employees with a great deal of commitment and empathy and, if necessary, provides further training in specialist topics. At Sicherheit Bichsel, it is very important to us that our employees receive support and externally protected support in dealing with extraordinary and stressful situations in our specialised "Social Institutions" department.

Our quality management system (QMS) is designed to offer our customers significant added value. We have set ourselves the goal of setting the highest standards in security services and continuously improving them.

  2. We carry out continuous risk analyses to identify potential hazards and take appropriate measures. This enables us to minimise risks and ensure the safety of our customers.
  3. Our employees are trained at regular intervals to ensure that they have the latest knowledge and best practices in the security industry. This enables us to provide a first-class service and respond to current challenges.
  4. We attach great importance to open and transparent communication with our customers. We keep them regularly informed about the progress of our services and are always available to answer questions and concerns.
  5. Our QMS is geared towards continuous learning and growth. We constantly analyse our performance and set ourselves targets for improvement. This ensures that we always meet the highest quality standards.
