Employee in the security service 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Sicherheit Bichsel GmbH is one of the leading security companies for healthcare institutions in the Bernese Oberland. Our areas of activity include hospitals, private clinics and residential homes for people with disabilities. We are looking for a resilient and reliable person to join our team.

Tasks

• Inspection and closing rounds
• Co-operation with emergency services and health personnel
• Reception and lodge service in the emergency department
• Enforcement of house rules
• Reporting
• Solution-orientated action in the event of incidents
• Intervention in emergencies
• Checking security systems and facilities

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Training and experience in security services an advantage
• High level of social skills and mental and physical resilience
• Good written and spoken German
• Knowledge of English an advantage
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility
• Solution-orientated conflict management
• Valid category B driving licence
• Impeccable reputation, debt collection and criminal record extract
• Willingness to work in uniformed service and in shifts (24/7)
• Personal responsibility and reliability
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
